Technique 2 – Get connected
This is sometimes the hardest thing to do as we are depleted in energy and feeling low and anxious. It’s very hard to reach out and admit it and this step is about proactively getting connected.
Become connected with people that you love and feel safe with. Connect with something that you enjoy and gives you a good feeling, not with someone that doesn’t (this can be more harmful when in a vulnerable state)
Reconnect with something or someone that you get a good feeling from, you enjoy, feel ease and comfort
