Technique 4 – Reduce disconnecting activities
Any activity that takes us away from being connected from ourselves, each other, our work or nature
Number one disconnector is technology – phones, computer, emails, social media
- Remove or give boundaries to anything that disconnects you.
- Ban it, limit it, protect bedtime routines – lock it away or put it to bed!
- Turn of notifications so outside influences don’t suck your energy
- What will you stop doing that is disconnecting you from enjoying the moment?
