How can we bring things in that give us predictability?
Our brains do not like ambiguity but love predictability: the ability to predict outcomes or events help us feel certain in the midst of uncertainty. By creating a routine and doing the same thing every day we feel a level of prediction, we build habits and begin to think and feel differently.
