How do you achieve the role of senior VP in Pharma as a woman?
The 4 disconnectors that cause feelings of loneliness
- A disconnection from ourselves; The busyness of life, our work and living in our society can disconnect us. The external task, pressures and activities take us away from ourselves
- A disconnection from each other: the breakdown of connection and relationship with people often happens due to our drive to do the task, achievement and endless activity. We forget how important connection is and we forget to prioritise each other.
- Disconnection from our work: We become disconnected from our work when we lose our passion, purpose, meaning and stop playing to our strengths
A disconnection from nature: We become disconnected from nature when we spend all our time indoors. We need nature to thrive and being outdoors boosts oxygen, Fresh air regulates serotonin and we need sunlight and melatonin to sleep and rest.
