Technique 6 – Seek out quality meaningful relationships
It is critical that we know we matter, we are heard, listened to and valued for who we are. We often don’t have the time to let people know these things as it takes time, care and attention.
Being in a quality relationship could be with anyone, someone in a professional role or a really good friend. When we are in this relationship we get a true sense that we matter and we are valued for who we are. This sort of relationship is so important but so rare.
It’s really important to seek out these types of relationships wherever we go and whatever walk of life we are in.
Find someone that is willing to listen to you so you feel human again.
